Q: Is there a warranty on the products?
A: While we don’t offer a traditional warranty, we attach a Certificate of Authenticity with all orders to attest to the purity of our products.
Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?
• It takes us up to 48 hrs to dispatch your order once it is confirmed.
• After being dispatched, deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 15 days return policy for the reasons below:
• Size or Fitness issue
• Did not like the quality/design
In case you have received a damaged/ used/ incorrect or missing product (empty box), it is essential to file a complaint within 48 hours of the time of delivery. Please understand that you must include an unboxing video along with your complaint ticket so that we can provide a quick resolution.
Note:
• The product damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned.
• Items must be returned in their original packing.
• ZAVYA reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
• No returns will be accepted after 15 days.
*Rakhi products are non-returnable. However, you can replace a Rakhi with a different design if there are any size or damage issues at delivery.
