Refund processing timelines:

Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment source within 5–7 business days after approval.

COD orders: Instant refund via secure payout link upon approval. (Shipping charges non-refundable)
- Replacements dispatched within 24 hours after product pickup and delivery timeline for metro cities is 1-2 days while 3-4 days for non-metro cities.
- Coins, idols, and Rakhi products eligible only for replacement, no refunds.
- Personalised products are non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition.
- Order cancellation within 45 minutes of placement through the app or by contacting us.
Detailed Return & Exchange Guidelines
1. Eligibility Checklist
- Initiate return/exchange requests within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- Ensure all original labels, packaging, and Zavya jewellery boxes are intact.
- For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video clearly showing the issue is required. This video must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Report product damage within 2 days with clear images for verification.
2. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Reach out via WhatsApp or Call at +91 9810814945 with:
- Your Full Name
- Order ID
- Clear images (in case of damage or defects)
Step 2: Choose Your Return Method
Reverse Pickup:
- Pickup scheduled within 48 hours after your request.
- Maximum 3 pickup attempts. Failure to hand over the product leads to request cancellation.
- Recording a handover video with the courier agent is highly recommended.
Self-Shipping:
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, ship via a reliable courier.
- Clearly mark the package with your Order ID and registered contact details.
- Share tracking information via WhatsApp at +91 9810814945.
- Zavya reimburses self-shipping charges up to ₹70.

Step 3: Quality Inspection & Refund Processing
- Returned products typically reach us within 6–7 days.
- Quality check conducted within 24 hours of receipt.

- Prepaid refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
- COD refunds via instant payout link.
- Items failing quality checks due to damage or signs of use will be returned at the customer's expense. Secure packaging is your responsibility.
3. Replacement & Exchange Conditions
- Ideal for size corrections, quality concerns, or simply if you change your mind.
- New items ship out within 24 hours after successful pickup.
- Coins, idols, and Rakhi items are only eligible for replacement.

- If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid during the exchange request.
- If it costs less, the difference is refunded to the original payment method.
4. Product Disclaimer

Colour Variations: Slight variations in product color may occur due to lighting or device screens.

Material: Minor variations in handcrafted jewellery are normal and not considered defects.

Size Fit: Fit issues due to personal preferences aren’t considered defects.

Shipping Delays: Delivery estimates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please note: Services are reserved for direct purchases through the brand’s official platform.
5. Order Cancellation
- Cancel your order within 45 minutes of placing it through the app, WhatsApp, or call.
- For orders already dispatched, refuse the delivery or follow the standard return process.
- If a delivery confirmation is received but the package is missing, report to Zavya support within 24 hours.
6. International Orders
Currently, we cater exclusively within India. International orders placed will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
