Shipping and Handling

What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders above Rs. 500, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 149 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 500


How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.


What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at email and we will try our best to resolve your issues.


My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse..

You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID.


I received a broken product.?

Missing/Broken item verification and can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video.


Return Only products which are unused, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.Customer will write to care@zavya.co and fill in the Return Request Form within 30 days of delivery to request return and refund. Courier partners will then pick up the item within 5-7 business days after the return request is received. This item is then brought back to the warehouse where it is checked by the quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated to the customer bank account or store credit. EXCEPTION--- Product Complaint received will pass through a few stages of potential concern. If there is a recurring issue , We will bring back the product, do a QC at our end (Buying Team verifying with the vendor) and then take accountability for a prompt action. Customers shall then be liable for any return. Basic Tarnishing affairs will not be liable for any return until its a recurring issue with any targeted product. Tarnishing is completely a natural phenomenon, but we use rhodium plating to prevent it. All silver jewelry tarnishes over time (when it is in regular use with water and cosmetics). Customers should be advised about the care instructions at the time of buying. A seperate care instructions is added to the website under Shipping and Handling.
Replacement Only products which are unused, unworn, undamaged , completely intact are eligible for replacement. Customers having any issues with the quality ,size,missing items, received wrong product and product dislike can be replaced. Customer will contact Zavya team (Phone ,SM, EMail or whatsapp)and cx agent will arrange delivery for the pick up.Courier partners will then pick up the item within 5-7 business days.This item is then brought back to the warehouse where it is checked by the quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a replacement is initiated. Missing/Broken item verification can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video. Restocking When a stock is requested, CX will reach out to the buying team to know the availability of next stock. Buying team will reconfirm the availability after checking with the Vendors. After verifying the availability of the product with the vendor , the buying team then reorders and takes a minimum TAT from the vendors. Products manufactured again will undergo QC at organizational level and after passing the sundryl test it will be restocked in the inventory. Customers are then notified upon the availability.
